Building Better Communication
If we are to move beyond our deeply polarized world and build better communication, we need to do two things: we need to improve our individual skills, especially the skill of listening for understanding, and we need to build peer-to-peer network structures that respect diversity of opinion and are designed to aggregate our collective intelligence into a powerful shared understanding about how we can effectively live and work together.
